When Do You Need A Web site?

When you run a business, any size of business, a Web site should be one of the major elements of your marketing plan.

But, when you are not already in business, and are seriously thinking of going into business, then you should start with a Web site. Why?

Because a properly engineered Web site will help you

• build a name for yourself and your business
• make your products or services known
• ensure a deeper penetration of your chosen market than simple local advertising.

Besides, if you choose your Web site design strategy well, you can go into business much more safely and economically, than by using any other approach.

I recommend that you start by doing business on the Web, before you invest in a "brick and mortar" business. You will keep your expenses at their lowest, while you concentrate on building your business.

Everyone makes mistakes when starting in business. The consequences of your mistakes will be greatly minimized if you know how to plan and research your business "niche". Building a business, is like building a reputation. It takes time. So, don't waste time. Use a proven method.
