I acquired my planning experience as a meteorological information specialist. I worked in this capacity for more than a quarter of a century!
My clients were businesses, from large corporations to individuals. Every one of them had weather dependent activities that required careful planning.
They would call on me for specialized weather information and advice on how best to adjust their planned activities to the weather (climate or forecast).
Safety was often an issue. Economical considerations were almost always on their minds.
In all cases, much was at stake. From emergency planning to long range planning, I experienced them all.
