Entrepreneur Grants
Essential?

Entrepreneur grants? Here is how you can do without them ... at least until your business is booming so much that you need capital to grow, just to meet the rising demand.

What follows also applies to grants for women entrepreneurs.

Many, too many entrepreneurs want to go from dead stop to full cruising speed as rapidly as possible ... with money (grants).

A Grant Never Comes Free

Many even consider grants as free money for entrepreneurs. This could never be farther from the truth.

  • A grant gives the "donor" a right to preempt some of your decisions.

  • A grant forces you to relinquish part of the total control you should always have on your business.

I have explained elsewhere on this site that you should not pump money - even if you have it - into buying equipment, hiring staff, building or renting floor space ... until you have the customers and cash flow to justify such expenses!

I know. It sounds like a "catch 22".

But, it is worth repeating.

First Things First

You must never invest more money than is actually needed to acquire an enviable reputation as someone people can trust for reliable advice.

Such trust will eventually bring people to buy products and services from you, rather than from the competition.

You certainly do not need entrepreneur grants to acquire a reputation! Far from it. Trust me.

A Word On Advertising

Spending a lot of money on advertising might get people to know that you exist ... for a time, during the advertising campaign.

They will still have to get to know you and trust you. There is a much more effective way than advertising for that. More on this in a moment.

Besides, what happens after the advertising campaign?

Once a significant number of people believe in you and trust you, then, and only then should you go into the business of meeting the rising demand for your products and/or services.

What is a significant number of people?

When at least 20 to 30 new individuals come to you, every day, for advice and answers to their questions. Then you know that you have acquired the reputation to safely go into business.

Not before.

How To Gain Trust First
And Go Into Business Second

SBI! 2.0 The Only Web 2.0 Small Business Platform.

How do you get that many people - and much more - to know about you and eventually trust you?

By generously helping anyone in the world looking for useful decision-making information or answers to a problem that fall within the realm of your knowledge and know-how.

To all of them simultaneously.

There is only one way to effectively achieve that, without having to resort to entrepreneur grants. Perhaps ever.

It is with a proven and comprehensive
Marketing Process For Entrepreneurs called SBI! 2.0.

Confused?

Look into the SBI! 2.0 C-T-P-M Process before asking for entrepreneur grants. You will ensure a much safer start for your business.

Think it's not the way to go? I have found that it is the only way that works. And I'm not the only one. Thousands of others like me, around the world, can prove that this approach works best.

SBI! 2.0 is the safe way of going into business, and of growing your business as demand rises.

SBI! Monthly Billing Option

Other Sources Of Funds Than Grants

There are bank loans, of course. But, you generally have to prove that you do not need money ... to get a loan!

Yes, more than ever before, banks need you to prove that your business is already making money (read healthy cash flow), now and for the foreseeable future.

But, when your business is healthy and time is of the essence (you need money now!) you may be tempted to opt for a merchant cash advance. You will be paying dearly for the faster access to cash but, after all, that's your business.

Here is the "naked truth" on merchant cash advances.
